1. About Nesta Connect Limited

Nesta Connect Limited is a technology company registered in Nigeria under the Corporate Affairs Commission (CAC) with registration number RC8801447. Our registered address is KINGFEM GA 247 Plaza, Mabushi, Abuja, Nigeria.

We develop and operate digital platforms designed to simplify everyday life through smart technology.

2. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using any Nesta Connect platform or service, you confirm that you:

• Are at least 18 years of age
• Have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms of Use
• Have the legal capacity to enter into a binding agreement
• Are not prohibited by any applicable law from using our services

If you do not agree to these terms, you must not use our platforms or services.

3. Our Platforms and Services

Nesta Connect Limited operates the following platforms, each subject to these general Terms of Use as well as any platform-specific terms:

• NestaNg — an online accommodation and property listing platform connecting guests with verified short-let properties and hotels across Nigeria
• Ijego — a ride-hailing platform connecting riders with drivers for affordable transport in Nigerian cities
• OgaTutor — an AI-powered educational platform helping Nigerian students prepare for examinations including JAMB and WAEC
• Velitix — an enterprise scientific governance and SaaS platform for regulated industries

4. User Accounts

To access certain features of our platforms, you must create an account. You agree to:

• Provide accurate, current, and complete information during registration
• Maintain and update your account information to keep it accurate
• Keep your login credentials confidential and not share them with third parties
• Notify us immediately of any unauthorised use of your account
• Accept responsibility for all activities that occur under your account

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms or our platform policies.

5. Acceptable Use

When using our platforms, you agree not to:

• Use the platform for any unlawful purpose or in violation of any applicable Nigerian or international laws
• Impersonate any person or entity, or misrepresent your affiliation with any person or entity
• Upload, transmit, or distribute any content that is harmful, fraudulent, defamatory, or obscene
• Attempt to gain unauthorised access to any part of our platforms or systems
• Use automated tools, bots, or scrapers to access our platforms without written permission
• Interfere with or disrupt the integrity or performance of our services
• Engage in any conduct that could harm other users, drivers, hosts, or third parties

6. Intellectual Property

All content, trademarks, logos, and intellectual property on our platforms — including but not limited to the Nesta Connect, NestaNg, Ijego, OgaTutor, and Velitix brands — are owned by or licensed to Nesta Connect Limited. You may not use, reproduce, or distribute any of our intellectual property without our express written consent.

7. Third-Party Services

Our platforms may integrate with or link to third-party services, including payment processors, SMS providers, and mapping services. These third-party services are governed by their own terms and privacy policies. Nesta Connect Limited is not responsible for the practices or content of third-party services.

8. Payments and Fees

Where our platforms involve payments (such as ride fares on Ijego or bookings on NestaNg), the following applies:

• All prices are displayed in Nigerian Naira (₦) unless otherwise stated
• Payments are processed securely through our authorised payment partners
• Refund and cancellation policies are governed by the specific terms of each platform
• We reserve the right to modify pricing with reasonable notice

9. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Nesta Connect Limited shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of our platforms, including but not limited to loss of profits, data, or goodwill.

Our total liability to you for any claim arising from your use of our platforms shall not exceed the amount you paid to us in the 12 months preceding the claim.

Our platforms are provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. We make no warranties, express or implied, regarding the reliability, accuracy, or availability of our services. We do not guarantee that our platforms will be error-free or uninterrupted.

11. Governing Law

These Terms of Use are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Federal Republic of Nigeria. Any disputes arising from these terms or your use of our platforms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Nigeria.
